Temple's contribution to social causes and responsibilities
Gandhi Leprosy Ashram

The Gandhi Leprosy Ashram, Tahirpur, Shahdara, was adopted by Babaji and supplies of rations, clothing, and other essential items are regularly provided. The temple management also maintains the ashram premises as needed.

I.R.S. Institute

Babaji had built a modern Rs 1 crore ICU (Intensive Care Unit) at the LRS Institute of Chest and Respiratory Diseases, Mehrauli.

Contribution to national and other causes

Continuing the good work started by Pujya Babaji, the Trust has in recent times contributed to the following:

The Trust regularly contributes in cash and kind to various religious institutions, including temples and dargahs. Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s birthday is celebrated with great pomp every year. The Trust also provides monthly financial assistance to widows from families with long-standing associations with the temple. It also supports individuals who become ill or injured while serving at the temple. The Trust recently completed a complete renovation of the Gandhi Leprosy Ashram complex and supplies food to 100 families at the Ashram at the end of each Navratri.
